Summer is just around the corner (and so is our summer vacay) so it’s fitness time. I will be doing 3 individual challenges; the abs, the arms and the butt. I will be documenting my progress on the site and encourage all to join in or try it on your own. I will be using Workout Challenge’s 30 Day Challenge apps that I downloaded from google play.
